New YASAI release to improve compatibility with Excel 2013

YASAI 2.5 has just been released. It works better with Excel 2013:
specifically, the add-ins tab no longer disappears from the ribbon
repeatedly as tended to happen when using earlier YASAI versions with
Excel 2013. This was happening because Microsoft changed the semantics
of the ribbon interface. YASAI now checks for Excel 2013 and adds its
operations back to the ribbon as necessary.
2.5 is now the current default download, and the version history and
download pages on the website have been updated.
