Announcing YASAI 2.3

Dear YASAI users:

I have just placed YASAI 2.3 on the YASAI webside,
www.yasai.rutgers.edu. It is now the default download version.

YASAI 2.3 is another minor maintenance release, and differs from 2.2 in
only one line of code. This change causes link repair to function
correctly under Excel 2010, rather than crashing VBA.

As far as I can tell, all other YASAI functionality is already
compatible with Excel 2010.
