Hello,

We are having a few technical difficulties with sign-ups today. They
should be resolved early this evening, so I'm changing the sign-up
time to 8pm pacific time.

I'm sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. If you were hoping
to get a spot this morning and can't make it to a computer tonight
please let me know and I can squeeze you in.
