Update on Competition - We need to accelerate.

Dear All,

We need to prepare handouts for seminar and workshop.
1st we will focus on seminar and will get it done by Monday evening.
Try to make a 4 pages doc based on what you cover in the seminar.

Can anyone take the responsibility?

A quick update :

Today we had a meeting with Provincial Department of Education.
They agreed to bear the cost of refreshments and also they will give
the transport except Jaffna zonal of Education. They will find the
sponsorship for the award ceremonies and for awards as well.
Our side, we need to give the technical support and website evaluation.

They asked whether we can start training on next Wednesday.

We have to finish seminars and workshops before July 15.

Further we can use the department's equipments to do the video content.

Mauran, Lukshica and Vanaja, shall we do the final recording on Monday?
Try to prepare a script for the training and we will try to finish it
off on Monday.

When can we do the final seminar presentations? We need to see the
presentations of all groups. If 5 groups are not feasible, we can even
go with 3 groups. More than the number of groups, the quality matters.

 I have arranged two students to prepare the handouts for seminar.

Jeyaprathipa and Nithiya are responsible for that. They will give a model handouts on Monday morning. Sarves Sir will review that. After that we can take printouts. 

A quick update :

They asked whether we can start training on next Wednesday.

 

We can start on next Wednesday if all others are ready.

I have find three students from 3rd years to prepare the script for the training. I hope they will finish by Monday.

We dont need to take printouts. If we give softcopy, department will print it.
