regarding project hosting

I browsed through a few sites that provide free project
hosting. I feel that savannah and googlecode are the best suited for
our needs.
But I am of the opinion that Google is better.It provides subversion
access too(i think so). The link for google terms of service is
http://code.google.com/tos.html
So, please post ur suggestios on this.....
For savannah, there are two options, one is GNU based and the other is
non-GNU based. the links are savannah.gnu.org and savannah.nongnu.org
But both google and savannah support open source development only
