Winter reunion in SF Bay area

Hi Everyone,

After the last reunion over the summer, those that were in attendance suggested we change the reunion going forward to Winter in the SF Bay Area.  We discussed Jan dates.  It will most likely be a Friday to Sun or Friday to Monday in January.  

REQUEST: Are there any weekends in Jan or early Feb that you know you are not available?

Once I get a sense from most people, I'll set the date so that everyone can confirm and make their travel arrangements.  You will be responsible for getting here (flights).  I will take care of lodging.

I look forward to seeing all of you in early 2019!

Hey Alex,

Thanks for putting this together.  Unfortunately the timing is bad for us. Baby Q is due in Feb, and Matt's mom is having health issues.  We will probably not able to participate this coming gathering.  Hopefully timing for next round would be better.

Thanks to everyone that responded so far.  We are setting January 11-14 weekend for the reunion. 

Here is a link to rsvp.  Please respond by Monday if possible.  In the link, let us know if you are available 11-13 (fri to Sunday) or 11-14 (fri to Monday) so we can look at reserving a place to fit everyone.  Of course if you are able to stay longer before or after that weekend, we welcome you and will be able to host you at one of the relatives  homes in the sf Bay Area.
