Apologies for getting this out late. As we did last year, we will plan to get together as a extended family for dinner on Sunday, August 5th. Please plan to be make your arrangements to join us that evening. I look forward to seeing everyone.

For those able to make it, go ahead and reply to let me know so I have a headcount.

Allen and me need help her move in School 8/5.

+4 (Cheng, Muhyuan, Victoria, Cristian) will be at the memorial site, but will not join for dinner as my parents have a flight to catch.

@Alex what time are we meeting at the memorial site? I heard you’re taking care of flowers - let me know if you need help getting them.

Alex,

I set the time at 2:00 pm on Sunday to meet at memorial site.

Paul and Muhyuan need to leave at 3:00 pm for flight back to Seattle.

Victory and Christ will be there too.

I know you are in charge the TAF event this year and am not sure

you can leave earlier to meet at 2:00 pm either.

So, once you are back in Chicago, Louis and I would be still around

event after 3:00 pm. Thanks.

Since Paul and muhyuan need to leave by 3pm, I’m ok meeting at 2pm.

Victoria, Paul, show in, muhyuan, louis: would you be interested in lunch at 1pm and then heading to memorial? Or just stick with 2pm at cemetery?

Also, Victoria, I’m happy to cover the cost if you can pick up flowers. I’ll be driving direct from Indiana.
