yamlbeans 1.11 on maven

I only see 1.09 on mvnrepository.com  https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.esotericsoftware.yamlbeans/yamlbeans

Is there plans to upload version 1.11? I have found 1.11 works better for me. Particularly in 1.09 entries deserializing pairs like "mykey: 2" into a Map<String, Integer> doesn't give me Integer values in the map, they come out as Strings. This seems to work in v1.11 though. If 1.11 is in a public maven repository then I can more easily integrate it into my application.

Keep up the great work! I am new to yaml and found your library very easy to use and get started.
