New release to maven central

Hi there, I'm in need of an already fixed issue that is not yet available in maven central, is there anything I can do besides maintaining a separate repo?

Could you just set the pom in project to a fix version (not a snapshot) and then make a tag of the git project (to freeze this release).

I just publish the release 1.13 to Maven Central, it should available soon there.
