No, there is no way to do that through the web app.
Do you want to edit TM packets or parameters?

Why would you want to do that?

Not possible.
Why would you edit the data - it is as sent by the remote system, supposed to be read-only.

When you make a TC you choose the arguments, then a TC is made and sent, after which the TC that was sent becomes read-only.
