Dear yamcs-Team,

the verification feature in the gui shows 'not_satisfied' with parametertypes 'ArrayParameter' and 'BinaryParameter', see below.

What I tried: specifying the target array as
- bare values separated by comma: "3,5,7,9,11"
- target values put in different pairs of parantheses: "<...>" / "(...)" / "[...]"
- putting the literal string of received values as desired output: "(5) [3, 5, 7, ...]"

The same behavior can be observed with BinaryParameters. I was looking through the online handbook but was unable to find some guidance, therefore I may raise my question in here.

Have a good start into the new week y'all.

Parameter verification works with arrays & aggregates by checking each value individually:

Array[0] = 3 --> satisfied
Array[1] = 5 --> satisfied
ect. ...

Aggregate.element0 = x --> satisfied
Aggregate.element1 = y --> satisfied
ect. ...

Unfortunately I was still unable to make binary parameter comparison work (see image in original post)... please let me know where to look into your validation checks and I figure it out myself.

Greetings.

That looks to be some sort of bug so I suggest you fill in an issue on github:

I'm not promising that we will solve that soon but at least we have an issue for it...
 (we can provide commercial support if you are interested)
