Dynamically toggling command links based on a parameter value

I read through the forum and saw that we can set multiple data links and streams and depending on the command name, select which one to send to. However, we want to be able to dynamically toggle where to send the command based on a parameter value from incoming telemetry denoting the IP. Is there a good way to do that?
