Get command argument definitions

Is it possible to query the API with a get to retrieve command argument definitions?  I can list commands.  When I use the yamcs-python API, I can get the command but it doesn't contain argument definitions.  It looks like all I can really do is read the name back.

I tried just using the RESTFUL API, but the server errors out when I include the fully qualified name, i.e. "/cfs/cf/Abandon".  The slashes cause it to error.

I think I figured it out.  The documentation at "https://docs.yamcs.org/yamcs-http-api/commands/get-command/", states the URI is "GET /api/archive/{instance}/commands/{id}".  I think that should be "GET /api/mdb/{instance}/commands/{id}"

The call containing the "archive" gives information about commands sent. The one containing "mdb" gives information about the defined commands:
