Found this one today when I was searching for other media in my media archive. It should contain the TX816 demo session. I can't grant if it works or not as I don't have any QX1 any longer. Sell it for $50 as is plus the content of it transfered to midi file or similar.

I don't suppose you managed to copy the contents or create an image of this disk that could be used to create a new 5.25"?
