Timing 4.3L V6 EST??

I need help timing a 4.3L V6 EST, had to change lifters and reset
distributor. Manual ref an Ingnition Timing Jumper, but I can't locate
one. I did find the connector and ordered tonight, can someone help me
with the pins that need jumping and what pin to connect to +12V???
