I installed GLPK from the following links.I installed the setup file(.exe) which installed the binaries and other stuffs.It asked me to install sources at the end.I installed it to.So I got a seperate file called sar which had the batch files and other stuffs.

The problem is I am using Yalmip in matlab to solve the MILP problem.When I run the yalmip test,matlab is'nt finding GLPK.Can anyone help with the proper steps.

Links from which I installed :
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/glpk.htm

http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/install.html.

Cheers,
Raghav

Surely that's not a matlab interface, is it?

I think YALMIP interacts with https://github.com/blegat/glpkmex, but I haven't tested with glpk for ages. There are much better alternatives now. If you are in academia, you can get free installations of orders of magnitudes better and more general commercial state-of-the-art solvers gurobi, mosek, cplex, and the open-source solver scip.

install tbxmanager.com and install glpk from there. I have no idea which version that it uses, but it works on my machine.

urlwrite('http://www.tbxmanager.com/tbxmanager.m', 'tbxmanager.m');
tbxmanager
savepath
tbxmanager install glpkmex
tbxmanager enable glpkmex
