using YALMIP and bender decomposition function in MATLAB

Please, i would like to know if it is possible to write my optimization model using YALMIP, and now use the bender decomposition algorithm function I wrote in matlab to solve it.

That's impossible for us to know. YALMIP let's you model optimization problems, interface a list of solvers, and extract solutions. If that's what you need to do, then yes. If not, no.
