Solver not applicable (gurobi does not support polynomial constraints)

Dear Prof.  Löfberg

I have a big ILP problem that can’t be solved. After I gradually added and subtracted constraints, I intercepted some of the formulas in the ILP that might be problematic. Those variables in the formulas are 0-1 logical variables. After adding Eq. (13), the following problem arises. “Solver not applicable (gurobi does not support polynomial constraints)”. Could you give me some advice on how to modify or simplify the model.

And, I have the other question: when I set the solver parameter, the parameter “timelimit” didn't work.

As it says, you have polynomial expressions. gurobi supports at most quadratic/bilinear
