solvemp solver specification

Dear Mr. Löfberg

which solver from MPT does the function "solvemp" use? How can the solver be specified?

What is the difference between using "solvemp" and "Opt"- class & "problem.solve" from MPT? 

I tried both and I noticed that the two methods generate different number of regions for the same problem. Is it possible?

YALMIP does not work with any options for MPT, so it will be solvers you've specified your self through mpt_init etc.

"Opt  class" and problem.solve: No idea, not anything I work with. Yes you can probaly get different number of regions as the partition is sensitive to numerics.
