Cool product, maybe interesting tool for dorms? students homes? grad student housing?

Hi Guys,

Was looking at some sustainability technology resources and found this
company, DIY KYOTO which makes these ipod like devices that monitor
electricity use. The idea here is that they are tapping into the
popularity of the ipod (making their product mimic those) while
providing consumers with easy to understand information on their
energy use. After all, knowing is half the battle right?? Anyhow, I
don't know if this would be an interesting tool to consider, but maybe
I will ask Bob if there might be some carbon reduction money to pilot
these in the grad student community?? Any thoughts?
