It would probably help people to know about the context you're working
within. I'm sure people have many opinons about NGO's, policy research
institutions, think tanks etc. Are you looking for information about
institutions based here in the U.S., those that operate in China as
well or more international entities?

our research ranges from theory to cases.First of all,I need to take
account of those actors that involves world politics,then to define
them.There are so many different typical actors in international
politics,such as states,transnational organizations,international
governmental organization,international non-governmental
organizations,multinational corporations, the church and so on.and
there are also other actors ,such as think tanks.i don't think these
are more important than those mentioned above, for these are internal
and have fewer foreign members .so,i would like to know more about
non-state actors on theory.As to the case , my interest is about
international tribunal court or international court of Justice.I
want to know how it changed international norms,how it interacted with
sovereignty national state and other actors ,such as international
governmental organizations , international non-governmental
organizations,multinational corporations,and so on .
