Urgent meeing-Dreamers

Dear Friends,

 

I am writing to all of you but only interested and available , plz reply.

 

I am planning for a meeting to form new team for Dreamers of tomorrow

I know we have been trying to meet several times but everytime it doesnt work but no harm to keep trying :)

 

Anyways, due to the fact that we wont be able to agree on one day so i will name 2 possible options and please vote on what suits you , but if both does then plz say so

 

I am suggesting 1-Tuesday, 12th of june at 6 pm

                         Or

                         2-Wednesday , 13th of june 6 pm

 

You can see it s very soon , so plz reply as soon as possible.

 

The meeting will be discussing

 

1-What s our objectives, what makes us unique?

2-Are we working right? what we do wrong and how can we fix it?

3-Future activities , any ideas?

4-team bonding (games , food , and lots of fun)

5-Available programs , travel opportunities , trainings, who want to take part and represent dreamers?

6-Action plan + who will do what and when

 

If anyone wanna add a topic to the agenda, plz do so
