As I recall looking at the installation you will need to cut and re-weld the cooler.  I don’t recall that it can be used as is from Positec.

Good luck and be careful when you cut up the wing.  I’m sure a lot of us would be interested in your endeavor, however many of us don’t need to do the conversion.
