Received fax "View Log" option greyed out

Hi All, Please help.... The "View Log" (Ctrl-L) option for received faxes is greyed out. Works fine for sent... also, no problem viewing the log directly off the hylafax-server host. Cheers

This is a general restriction of HylaFAX.

For sent faxes, HylaFAX can transmit the "communications ID" to a client (which is the name of the log file).

For received faxes, it offers no way I know of to get that ID (except parsing xferfaxlog, which a client has no read permission for by default).
So there is no sensible way to find the correct log for a received fax.
Because of that the option is disabled for received faxes.
