This is the effort from last night to have there own help search
engine steer there victims here! It's much more legible then what was
emailed and has the subject etc....

No one has heard of them doing that yet. What they have done is to
mail physical optical media copies, aka as CD's (compact discs), even
to one person who they locked out of his email account prior to him
receiving the CD! Given a choice he would of chosen to keep his
email, without the briefcase, despite not having moved the contents of
his briefcase a day or more earlier then they said would be necessary
to it.
Please don't believe it's your fault if having things delivered by a
person to a physical address isn't trivial. MANY have not manged that
or pursued it. IT IS POSSIBLE TO DOWNLOOAD THE FILES THEY JUST HAVE
TO BE FORCED TO LET US DO THAT.
