Only continued slogging in this group which seems to be restored again
as it let me approve the moderated new members questions below just
now from yesterday morning.

They have already mailed out some CD's for people who made there
requests shortly after the fiasco on the 29th at least. How to get
there attention has been the problem.
They had the ability to find the files and mail them out on cd's and
did just in far too few cases. Everyone needs to know this has not
just been talked about but actually done.

I know of multiple claims and have actual direct confirmation beyond
any doubt on one of this actually occuring even though I have received
none of my files yet. As can not be mentioned too often though
another I have the greatest of confidence having occured came at the
price of his emails, addressbook, etc. being blocked from the owner
still.

I don't know until I press send if it will say this group is spamming
again or might write more. Even if this sends it will probably be
Sunday before I make another major contribution compared at least to
those in recent weeks.

Next time google locks down this group I'm porting the list to another
site however questionable it might be. Anything but yahoo of course.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

P.S.

I do miss the post in the group name option that was offered here but
hasnt' been for a while but still VERY needed given yahoo's
retaliation whenver they can trace back to you yahoo emajil account.
So register here with a nonyahoo account if you have anything at all
critical of them to say that's not linked to your yahoo accounts and
do so even if you have lareasdy registered with your yahoo account so
that you can speak even more freely then you might feel the need to
now.....
