DeFord brings more than 12 years of experience in consumer-focused software development and management to Alliance Health, including

- Product Manager for Yahoo! Photos, Briefcase and Gallery at Yahoo!, and
- Web Producer for Archipelago Productions, a Harcourt Brace subsidiary.
