checkboxes checklist multiple shift select?

Is there a way to have the ability to have some sort of shift select?

lets say you have 40 items in a checklist all not selected.  I'd like to be able to select say item 10 and hold shift then click item 20 and have all boxes checked from 10 to 20.

Is this possible currently?

(if no, could it be a feature request?)
