YAD 15.0 is out

I'm happy to announce next YAD release

YAD 15.0 released

New in this release:
- add popup dialog type
- drop GSettings dependency
- make AppIndicator as a separate dialog
- add --continuous option to progress dialog
- add --select action to calendar dialog
- add "quit" command to the button fields in form dialog
- add yad-send stock item
- honour --num-output option when expanding combo-box values in form dialog
- honour default response code in notification dialog
- better handling signals
- improve handling of return codes from child processes
