Yad + makeself to replace AppImages as Linux Portable App Maker.

After 3 weeks of testing the various tools to create and manager AppImages, I  have decided "enough is enough", I am tired of Complex tools that only allow 10% of the Linux base to use them. And to me, Its all been done on purpose as its the "Linux Community Way".  AppImage will not use programs that has hard-linke libraries; will not allow use of sudo for helper files; and breaks sudo as they do not use the "user's account". 

Using the makeself program as the engine for compression / self-extraction / self-executing engine, I have developed the start of a new Linux Portable App Creation tool I am calling "BinImage".
