specifying color of text

Hi:

   Trying to set the foreground color of text being emitted in a text dialog.  not working as expected...

$ yad --fore="#CC2222" --text "foobar - Cluster Status: ACTIVE"

   Is this not the way to do it?  If not, please elaborate.
