#GivingTuesdayYork IN PARTNERSHIP 
WITH UNITED WAY OF YORK COUNTY

During this holiday season, we want to extend our thanks to the artists and volunteers who make the York Art Association an amazing place to learn, create, and enjoy art. This year, the York art association has extended its reach to more art lovers and creators than ever before and recently surpassed 800 fans on our Facebook page. 

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday. December 1, 2015 is a nationally designated day of giving in celebration of the generosity of people. The York Art Association is a volunteer based non-profit. All of our funding comes from our members and the community at large. The attendance at our exhibitions (including Wild and Wooly, Marketview Arts and our main galleries) has exceeded over 2500 for 2015 . We hung regular exhibitions in our three galleries, and staged public events in downtown York, local parks, libraries and schools. We have staged dozens of classes and workshops, demonstrations and presentations.

Please consider making a donation to support our ongoing efforts to provide opportunities for individuals to explore and develop their creativity.

We hope you will join in supporting The York art association on Giving Tuesday and we wish you much joy and creativity this winter.
