Waise it's set to "Only members can post"... phir bhi posts aa rahi hai which means Google's being silly... or some of us have become professional spammers :P

You are right. I just checked the settings. There were 4 scrupulous names which I have banned and have also changed the settings.

I guess this should solve the problem..

kafhi logon ke purane iit wale hi id pade hain group mein and they dont recieve the common email......can we also do something abt it???.....quite possible that u r busy and may not get time for the same.In that case u can give me moderators rights and I can change the email for the guys/gals with iitk email ids to gmail ids.

Even those old ids are now alloted to some one else at IITK so they are receiving groups emails in place of intended recipient.

Hmm, the group really needs some serious cleaning . I have given Anubhav the moderator's rights.
