We have an urgent opening for Java Professionals with one of our esteemed client in Pune / Noida location.

Requirements:

Position: Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers / Principal Engineers / Technical Architects.
Experience: 4 to 12 years
Location: Noida/ Pune
Skills: Java/J2EE, HTML, Javascripts, AJAX, JSPs, EJB, JDBC.
Salary: Not a Constraint for Right Candidates,
Education: BE/ B-Tech ( From IITS Only & should be into Comp. Sc. / Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical)

Roles and Responsibility:

Candidates should be extremely good in Java technologies and should have done some high quality (preferably product development) work in these technologies. Most suitable candidates would be from product development companies.

Note: Experience in CRM Domain is an advantage but not mandatory.

They should have experience with creating highly scalable and robust web based enterprise application using Java technology stack.

Responsibilities:

1) Design, estimate and develop applications which includes server side as well as client side coding.
2) Working with Professional Service and Support groups for trouble-shooting customer issues, providing resultions to customers, and ensuring that the solutions are productized.
3) Working with Realease Managers to ensuring execution of projects is on schedule
4) Mentoring and technical growth of junior members of the team.
Required skills
5) 4 to 13 years of experience in Software Development, with last few years in development of scalable enterprise application using Java technology stack
6) Good understanding of server side as well as client side technologies like, HTML, Javascripts, AJAX, JSPs, EJB, JDBC.
7) Experience with using tools for Code Inspection, Code Coverage etc.
8) Good understanding of SDLC, and experience with Agile processes.
9) Experience of working closely with other business units like Customer Support, Quality Assurance
10) Experience of handling small development teams, along with being an indivudal contributor.

Nice to have:

1) Experience with profiling and performance improvements in Java applications
2) Experience with automated testing, unit as well as system testing.
