Thanks for showing your response in the trip, on the basis of received responses  the trip will be held on 20th Dec (most prob).

So those who didn't got the mail/asking for the form kindly fill it before 7 Dec.

Hello All,

After a semester long research/course work a refreshing break is required to all of us. What can be better then an idea of getting together and having good time which surely is going to be cherished by all of us. So, this is a very friendly initiative by few PG students for our whole group and we expect each one of us is going to be equally excited and willing to join the trip.

Its going to be a one-day trip(departure early morning and till evening time will be back).
Date of the trip will be finalized after everyone's suggestions and most convenient date according to majority of the people.
Trip fees will be approximately 300 INR per head(increment or decrement can be possible).
This is just an initiative. Lets participate with full enthusiasm and make it a success.
