Hello Y-Knot Supporters,

We were blessed with a beautiful day on Lake George yesterday (though not very windy)!  With clear blue skies, 80 degree weather, and gusts (!) of 3-4 mph, the Y-Knot season kicked-off with 7 sailors and 6 volunteers in attendance.  It was great having everyone back at Camp Chingachgook, and this strong turnout is a terrific sign for the rest of this sailing season.

Sailors in attendance were: Robert Offe, Dave Whalen, Steve Mintz, Erich Pieper, Mark Carnevale, Erik Rose and new to Y-Knot, Bill Fountain.

Volunteers in attendance were: Michael Hall, Rick Irvine, Dan Byrne, Mike Hodulik, Kim Corbett and Patricia.

Yesterday we used boats 48, 13, 51 and 74 for two rounds of sailing.  Although the wind never really picked up much, by the time Mark and Bill were wrapping up they had a consistent breeze to rely on.

Our next sailing day is only one week away, on Sunday, May 27thPlease don’t forget to RSVP so we can plan our day!

Have a great week, and we will see you soon,
