Tricia and I are running up at the track, in the dark, not a real draw to most, but we're doing some sprinting before our Tufts 10k on columbus day. We're up there at 5:45, and all are welcome!

Hey,
Best of luck to all of you runners of 5 k and 1/2 marathon in Hartford this weekend.  You've all been pounding the pavement just as you will pound out a great time and over the finish line before you know it!

Hi Maddie,
In the past we have met at DD at Little River at 5:45 and then went to little Debbie's in Agawam for 6.
 
I will be heading to Agawam to meet her for 6am - let me know if you want to meet us there or we can just try to hook up in Hartford.
