So three choices for Saturday (or a fourth of sleep in) - 1. Very aggressive 15 mile run with Manny from Y at 5:30. 2. Leisurely stroll with me at 6:30. 11 miles at 9:30 pace. 3. The Capt at 10ish for 15 miles somewhere in between. All from Y I think. More to follow, I'm sure
