[xyzcmd] New XYZCommander document: Overview

Hi,

While 0.0.4 is getting prepared for release, I've uploaded a new piece
of documentation: XYZCommander overview presentation.
In the presentation I've tried to reveal some of the most exciting
xyzcmd features, such as skins, fsurles, events and hooks as well as
some tips that may be useful in everyday xyzcmd usage.
