So, I spent the last weekend trying to get my Pi set up to run Grbl Web and got close but couldn't get it to work on WiFi. As a disclaimer this is my first time coding in Linux and I am new to the Pi. I read through the following thread and tried everything but still wasn't able to get things to work:

I am thinking that the dongle that I am using may not be compatible with Debian. I had no problem using it with the Raspian build that came with the Pi but I couldn't find this dongle on the list of Debian compatible dongles. The dongle that I am using is below:

Now, one thing that I noticed as well is that after completing the install steps outlined on GitHub, there appears to be no server.js file. Do I need to copy that code in by hand or am I doing an unnecessary step. I don't understand why the install instructions on GitHub and XYZBotz are different. Any thoughts? Is getting the WiFi working just as simple as getting a new dongle? I feel that I am really close.
