WebCam not working on Latest Image

Hi,

I just loaded the latest image on an SD card, placed it in my RPI 2, and configured it for GRBLWeb for use with my Shapeoko 3.  I finally figure out how to get everything to work, except for the camera.

I can't seem to figure out why my WebCam will not work.  I had a Logitech C310 plugged in the first time it booted up it.  When opening http://xyzbots.local/ in my web browser I had a box in the middle of the screen with an X on it like something didn't load, and below that a link to view webcam.  I clicked on the view webcam link and my web browser navigated to a page that gave me a page not found error in my web browser.  So I rebooted it and now the window with the X and the view webcam link are both gone.

I did confirm that my Logitech C310 will work with Linux and I have used it many times as I know it supports UVC (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_USB_video_class_devices)

I have tried this on both Internet Explorer 11 and Google Chrome 48.

After doing a apt-get update and tinkering with some other things that I wanted to customize to make my life easier, the video just popped up and started working.  It quit once then I rebooted and it worked again.

The only thing now is if I click on the webcam hyperlink (http://xyzbots.local:8080/javascript_simple.html) I get page not found.
