Is GRBLWeb dead? Doesn't seem like it's still being developed.

Why can't you access the server? It is running on port 80, do you have permission to run the server on port 80 on your rPi?

Yes. I installed from source code the first try thinking the Pi 2 image wouldn’t work. The install seemed to work, but I can’t access the server after starting it. When I couldn’t get it running I tried the Pi 2 image, but it wouldn’t boot.

Specifically these 2 sections, my presumption was that you would either download an image from your device using the available images or install the software from the source code which is linked on the page I linked to you.
Installation Instructions for Raspberry Pi SD Card
Download the image for your device.
Install from Source Code
You can also grab the source code and run GRBLWeb from source. Tips are located in the README which you can find at the Git Repository.

What I’m trying to determine is if it’s worth investing time to get it working. If the program won’t be developed further I’ll look for another solution since it’s beyond my skills to work on. I (probably) know just enough to get working on RPi.

Should have permission. I’m running the server as the root user. I can access the RPi otherwise; I’m doing everything over SSH.
