I'm new to cnc and I have a lot of questions. I built the Dave Gatton Sidewinder and am using the xylotex 4 axis drive box with the 425
oz.in. motors. I'm using universal gcode sender and can't get the motors to respond. I keep getting an error message saying that grbl has not finished booting. Can anyone tell me how to solve this? Also, I haven't been able to find any info on how to set the baud rate. I appreciate any help you can give me. -Josh
