What does this have to do with Xyce? The model comes out of
Berkeley. Xyce just runs it. IMO, the xyce team should be allowed to
focus on their simulator, not your understanding of model equations.
Buy the book.

Shouldn't be any need to buy a book, just download the BSIM manual for the given model from UCB. Then read it!
