I am trying to get square wave output from a source so I used to use PULSE. But when I see the output from Xyce with this it gives me a triangular shaped output but not pulsed form ?

The attached netlist, using the precise pulse source you use in the subject line, produces the expected pulse shape.  It has a rise and fall time of 1ns, an "on" time of 3ns, and a period of 100ns.  We are unable to reproduce the triangular shape you say you get.
