Unfortunately, because they are dynamically linked executables (depending heavily on system shared libraries), RHEL binaries are not portable from one release of RHEL to the next. The Xyce team is unable to provide binaries except for systems in common use at Sandia, and RHEL7 is not used here yet.
The only path forward for you to get Xyce on RHEL7 would be to build it from source.
