Heroforge does an OK job for a limited number of characters, but there aren't a vast number of options for Sixth World-appropriate gear and clothes. I'd happily pick up a video game if it had a good character generator and a good way to export the image into a VTT, but it has to support all the common metahumans. The various Shadowrun Returns games are cheap now, but I don't want to pick one up and find out that while the gameplay is excellent, the PC portraits are all generic and have similar looks. A SR version of DMHeroes would be great, too. Anything that can take the image in my head and turn it into a visible image without too much effort or skill.
