Hi,

I'm really interested in XUI-JS. My experiences with Dojo and PhoneGap
hasn't been satisfactory.

But I don't really want to do native mobile app development (yet).

So I'm sticking with PhoneGap, and need an AJAX library that works
with both PhoneGap and the mobile browser. Seems like XUI-JS is the
one.

I have a question about the name though, there's already an AJAX
Framework named XUI in: http://www.xoetrope.com/xui by xoetrope. By
choosing the same XUI name, wouldn't this be confusing?

I haven't tried XUI yet, but I will soon.

Thanks. :-)

P.S.: Wow, there were quite some spam here...

Ill clean up the Group, most XUI related question wind up in the Phonegap mailing list for some reason.

As for the name, I think we were here first, when I did an initial google search, it only yielded a city in China.

As for the code and docs, Brian has taken upon himself last week to refactor the project, as of this morning, tests are still not passing on his branch.

Code from http://github.com/silentrob/xui works.

Any questions, please let me know.

Cheers

Alright then, Rob. I find that weird though since XUI is registered on
SourceForge since 2003-03-18 and has had multiple releases until its
current stable release v3.2 on 2008-02-12.

Thanks Rob for the prompt helpful response.
