OH.........by the way........YES a single piece of piano wire WILL
slice straight through a neck in seconds. In fact, it's the ONLY
thing it will do. It would be impossible to garrotte anyone with
it. It's WAY TOO thin to do anything else but slice though skin-n-
muscle !! This is just a reply to a question I saw in an earlier
posting here !!

Thank you for your information! The original question was posed by
another young man who was searching out alternative methods that would
result in decapitation, mainly of himself, but I too became interested
in the same search, with my own decapitation in mind! But where I'm
concerned, I have seen the results of thin-wire strangulation first
hand! A few months ago, I was in the hospital recovering from a
suicide attempt. Though I hanged myself, or rather tried to hang
myself, I used a 1/2-inch thick rope as my noose. The ironic part was
that my mother successfully hanged herself several hours earlier that
same day, and she used the very same rope I used! But during my
"stay", I was shown the body of a very attractive 16-year-old girl who
did hang herself using a wire. I was told she used a high-C guitar
string, which I believe is the thinnest string, as her noose. From
what I was told about her suicide attempt, she had a rather short drop
as she stepped off a chair to hang herself. The wire cut clean
through her neck and decapitated her! In fact, had her cause of death
not been known, you would have thought that she had been executed on a
guillotine, the cut was so clean! Seeing that young woman's body, and
how clean her head was cut off, I am even more interested in being
decapitated by this method!

I'm a new member and am curious about this. I have used items such as
a twisted scarf or a belt made out of silk or even a length of rope as
a ligature to wrap around the neck of a particular man, my husband, to
strangle him! It's something we do as foreplay! But this is
interesting. I read the response after this where the person said he
(?) saw the body of a teenaged girl who used a guitar string to hang
herself with, and her head was cut off. If the wire was just wrapped
around his neck, which is 14-1/2 inches and about 4 inches long, how
much force, or rather, how tight would I have to pull it to achieve
his decapitation? Don't get me wrong, as much as I fantasise about
beheading him, I really wouldn't! I don't think!

You have obviously been giving some very serious consideration to the
use of this method as a way of decapitating your husband! For me,
more and more, I am researching this very method as a means of
achieving my own decapitation, perhaps even self-administered! Unlike
your husband's rather "thick" neck compared to mine (my neck is only
11-and-3/4 inches around and 7 inches long, as measured from just
under my ear to the top of my shoulder-blades, my neck should be quite
easy to slice with the wire. I have a lady who has offered to apply
the required force to the wire to decapitate me! Failing that, I too
will attempt to hang myself using a guitar string as my noose, to
hopefully achieve the same result as the 16-year-old girl achieved,
that being my own beheading!

I like the idea of having a thin wire wrapped around my neck too! I'm
a younger male with a 6-inch long neck that measures about the same
thickness as you neck does! What I also thought about was having
myself strangled with a nylon fish line. Do you think the nylon line
would be strong enough to produce the same result? Nylon is quite
strong, and I would think this would be easier on the hands of my
strangler!

veins, once past the throat, decapitation should be easy! I just
wonder about the nylon line being strong enough to cut the spinal
column! Guess you could have your neck manually broken at that piont
by having your head twisted hard! Just realise that a broken neck is
extremely intensely painful! I know! I broke my neck 28 months ago!
But then, you are having your head cut off, so that won't matter, will

I can offer evidence that you can behead a person with piano wire. I know of a guy who was beheaded when someone wrapped a length of wire around his neck and strangled him. The person was strong enough to pull the wire through his neck and completely cut his head off. Too, from what I learned, the guy was very much still conscious as he felt the wire cutting deep into his neck. He was beheaded sometime late on the evening of August 21st, 1994, and was killed just 200-meters from his house. His head was found some 2-kilometers away, but the wire used to behead him was found beside his body. He was only 19-years old when he was killed too! Scary too, is that, to this day, his killer has never been caught. Also, the night he died was just abobut 12-hours after his girlfriend's funeral. His girlfriend hanged herself sometime mid-day on August 15th, just a few hours after being discharged from the hospital two-days after giving birth to a baby boy. He was the boy's father! Rumors abounded about her father paid to have the guy killed, but nothing was proven.
