Ladies! What color are your lips when hanged or garroted?
And do you mind them to be open?

Hanving been hanged, more than once, I've been told my lips were a
darkish bluish colour! Don't remember anyone teling me if my mouth
was open though. I'll have to ask the person who found me hanged two-
years ago, and summoned help to revive me.

Whenever I've been hanged, which has been many times in my life, my
lips were a darkish red colour, and to my knowledge, my mouth has
never been open. Too, although you never asked, my face has been
described as quite pale when I've been hanged and was unconscious.
But, whenever I've allowed myself to be garroted, which also has been
many times, my face goes dark until I'm unconscious, and if the
strangulation is continued, my face goes pale after a minute.

However, I have seen the faces of other hanged people, two males who
were into extreme auto-erotic asphyxia (as I am), and three other
people (two women and one man) who's hangings were suicide. The two
men who were into auto-erotic asphyxia were my older brother and my
first husband. The two women were my older sisters and the man who
commited suicide was my second husband. In the cases of the three
suicides, their faces were all pale and their lips were still red
colour and not much darker than normal. As for the two males who were
into auto-erotic asphyxia, when they hanged and were cut down in time,
their faces were a little on the dark side, and their lips were a much
darker shade of red. However, when their hangings lead to their
deaths, their faces were pale and their lips weren't much darker than
normal. There is one common factor though with regard to all five of
their final face and lip colour. All five people suffered fatal total
neck separations. Maybe that had something to do with the changes in
colour, I don't know.

Ok, I have a more solid answer! And understand that, as I write this,
I'm slightly groggy, and I have significant bruises on my upper neck!
My neck is a little sore, and I my chest is a litttle bruised from
CPR!

Why?

Well, about 12-hours ago, under the supervision of two male friends, I
allowed myself to be hanged by my neck. I wasn't nude though. I wore
a tee shirt and a pair of short-shorts with four layers of panties
underneath! I was positioned on a chair, and as I tightened the noose
around my neck, my two friends tied my ankles together, then, my
wrists were tied behind my back. Then, I was "executed"! As I
hanged, with my feet about 30-cm above the floor, they watched me
closely! Every time I squirmed, the noose creaked tighter! My neck,
apparently, was stretching significantly! But, my face did darken and
my lips went a darker shade of red than they normally are. Now, here
is something else! My one friend timed me! it took me one-minute and
10-seconds until I passed out and my body went limp. And when I did
pass out, I peed myself! Also, my face went "a weird shade of
pale"! What my friends meant was that my face was quite white! My
eyes were completely closed, but so as my mouth! And my lips were the
same dark shade of red they were when I initially was hanged. They
both allowed me to hang for another two-minutes before they "cut my
body down" and revived me. The whole time, the colours of my face and
lips never changed.

Then, after giving me an hour to recover, and to allow my natutal
colour to return to my face, my one friend took a thin scarf, twisted
it untl it was tight, then he wrapped it around my neck and pulled it
extremelt tight! Again, my other friend observed! My face went dark
as when I hanged, and my lips darkened. However, I did have my eyes
wide open, and my mouth too! My friend then strangled me until I
passed out! It took way more than a minute to render me unconscious,
longer than it took when they hanged me! Here is what my other friend
observed! Just before I passed out, my eyes went up into my head,
but they stayed open! And so did my mouth! Too, they had a litttle
more of a problem reviving me! And it took me more than two-hours
before I felt recovered!

Now, I just turned 30 last week. I'm 172-cm tall, and I weigh
approximately 59-kg. My neck is 16-cm long, measured from the tops of
my shoulders to the bottoms of my ears, and is 30-cm around. I have
been hanged quite a few times, and 13-years ago, suffered a near-fatal
break just at the joint beween the c3 and c4 members in my neck.
